    • We need you to understand that the aim of 1ON1 Fitness Holidays is to discipline the mind and body. Thus, we work strictly by a schedule.
    • The goal of 1ON1 Fitness Retreat is to adopt a fitness lifestyle, the byproduct of which is health, weight loss and good body.
    • We do not believe in starvation or crash diets, we provide small meals every 2 and half hours.
    • The meals are meant to be eaten with a focus on health not on taste. We say a little prayer before the meal and then eat mindfully.
    • No Room Service.
    • We train for 3 to 5 hours a day. (Which includes Cardio, Training and Yoga) the rest of the day is to rest and recover.
    • 1ON1 Personal Training is conducted by Prahlladh Bulchandani, Yoga by Khushi Bulchandani. The Cardio sessions are instructed by Prahlladh, he will tell you the route, the heart rate and you are expected to do your cardio on your own indoors or outdoors.
    • Heart rate monitors, are compulsory for Training and Cardio. In order to be safe and scientific. The goal is eat right, exercise right and live right.
    • Food here is vegetarian (we serve eggs).
    • Health supplements are a must to optimise training efficiency and over all vitality. (Not included in the package, you can buy these from amazon.com bodyhealth.com)
    • Kodaikanal is an extremely quiet and peaceful place. You are surrounded by nature, trees, birds, animals, small pretty creatures. You need to love nature to enjoy Kodaikanal as there is really no social scene. (Please carry your hobby materials and books or any material you may need towards your personal development)
    • The network of the phone and internet is relatively poor. If you need to use fast internet you need to go to town which is 5 kms away. Most people initially have a problem but then realize how happy they are without these bondages.
    • We need you to be committed to your fitness goal, surrender to the program to really see the benefits on your own body
    • Keep a positive attitude and be punctual to all sessions.
    • Absolutely no smoking, alcohol & non-prescribed drugs. If you do give in to any of these vices (bad habits), then we will terminate the course immediately with no refund.
    • Attendance and participation in all the activities is essential unless of any medical reasons.
    • Assure the security and safety of 1ON1‘s proprietary material and equipment during your stay. Any damage caused due to misuse/mishandling of equipment, furnishing and fittings/mountain bikes etc. will have to be borne by the client along with a fine.
    • Any music played should not disturb others. Noise or loud speaking between 2 – 4pm & after 9:00 pm is not permitted. You are free to listen using your headphones.
    • Candles, incense, mosquito coils etc. should not be burned in the rooms
    • Use respectful language free from profanity, cursing, swearing, vulgarity, insults, abusive or crude language, and verbal threats.

    As a Course Participant of 1ON1 Fitness Retreat, I do hereby agree to participate in all activities. I assume full responsibility for my personal property and myself and will endeavor to make a genuine effort towards achieving my fitness goals. I understand that if I should break any of the rules I may be asked to leave. No refunds will be granted under any circumstance.
